Over the years I have had experience of different Chiropractors. For me,  Cariad Health has been exceptional, professionals at their best!   I had a nasty fall and after several Drs visits because of the pain and then only giving me more painkillers saying it was muscular trauma.  I was desperate for pain relief.   I looked for my local Chiropractor to see if they could help. I found Cariad Health in Barry.   On my first visit I was assessed and Hadley diagnosed a condition with my spine which without an xray couldn't confirm. He immediately wrote an email to my Dr's insisting I have a spine xray to verify the problem as he was sure it wasn't only muscular and for them to consider a thoracic compression fracture.  The xray results came back positive, i have a wedge fracture at T11. Cariad Health  are true to their word,  patients are their first priority and their technical and manipulative skills are of the highest calibre. I had a lower back and thigh issues and went for treatment to relieve the pain.  Hadley was very professional and suggested that the issue might be something more than a strain. After treatment with Hadley and a follow up course of treatment with Bryony I managed to see a doctor who was a bit sceptic when I suggested the issue was something more than a strain. But on Hadleys recommendation I asked for a blood test which confirmed Hadleys prognosis and I have started a course of tablets which should show positive results very quickly. I have been seeing Angeliki for Sports massage therapy for a while now and it has been a fantastic way to aid recovery and improve performance from playing rugby and lifting weights on top of working a physical job. I have been able to return to rugby after sustaining an ACL tear in just a few months and my treatment with Angeliki has been a key part of my recovery. I went to see Hadley-James at Cariad health Hereford today with my partner who has suffered with a bad back for years. He quickly pin pointed the problem. We found  to be incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He ensured we could understand  what he was explaining at every stage. He went through treatment options with us and really made us feel like he had our best interests  in mind. I turned up at Cariad Clinic with a lower back that had absolutely betrayed me. After just 2–3 sessions, I went from moving like a rusty robot to a semi-athletic human again. Hadley-James clearly knows his stuff and pairs expert treatment with great banter, which I should honestly of been charged extra for. I also left with practical tips and an exercise plan to keep my lower back under control and stop it plotting its next attack. I decided to have an appointment with Hadley as I have been in pain on my right shoulder for years, which has dramatically increased. Hadley performed an ultrasound scan which made a difference to know what was really going on with my shoulder. I found Cariad Health thanks to a collegue and I can't express enough how much it has helped me. Hadley is very friendly, explains everything to detail and appointments are very quick.
